🥒 Fried Dill Pickle Dip

It disappears faster than you can make it.
Calling all Pittsburgh friends — especially my Picklesburgh people. If you love a bold, briny bite, this dip was made for you. It’s creamy, tangy, perfectly crunchy, and seriously addictive. Bring it to your next gathering and watch it vanish before you even set down the bowl. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons Dill Pickle Dip Mix
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 cup plain panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Optional: chopped pickles and fresh dill for topping
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix together until well combined.
- Top with chopped pickles and fresh dill if desired.
- Let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving for best results. The flavours get even better the longer it rests!
